Coin Toss Date

So a few weekends ago Spenser and I were sitting on the couch watching TV, and he told me he had a surprise for me this weekend. I was excited and couldn't wait to see what it was, and then he said "well...do you want me to tell you so that we can talk about it?" haha...I like surprises more than he does. So i said "sure, tell me." He went on to say that he was going to take me to San Diego and we were going to go to Sea World. I got all excited, and then he said "Crap, I was kidding, I just thought of that and wanted to see what you would say." haha, thanks for getting my hopes up! And then he told me what he really had thought about, and it was either to go down to Thatcher for the weekend or maybe go up to the Grand Canyon. Anyway, long story short we narrowed it down to either actually going to San Diego or going to Thatcher. Then we flipped a coin...drum roll please...Thatcher it was!

So that was the plan.

However, we both ended up working later than planned and decided to just bag that idea and find something else to do. So we made a list of what he would want to do and what I would want to do and we picked heads and tails for each.

Number 1: Goofy Golfing vs. Batting Cages
Number 2: Garcias vs. Joes BBQ
Number 3: Pazooki vs. Coldstone

So right before we left the house, we flipped a coiin....Goofy Golfing! So we headed off to Golfland. We got there...and then another change of plans when we saw the go-carts and laser tag. It was a blast, we ended up being the only one at the go carts so we just got to race each other, he won cuz I was a little chicken around the sharp turns! Laser tag was lots of fun too, it was the first time i've ever been. But there was some hard core guy in there that takes his laser tag very seriously, so we got destroyed! haha

Then we flipped the coin in the parking lot to see where we would eat...to my disappointment it was....Joes BBQ. I hate barbecue sauce. Hate. So i was afraid. But everything I got there was amazing! It didn't have any barbecue sauce, that's why. :)

Once again, in the parking lot we flipped the coin... PAZOOKI! Yay for me. Spenser and I went to Oreganos awhile back and we talked about sharing a Pazooki..then when the waitress asked if we were ready for dessert, Spenser said no thanks. What? You can't go to Oreganos and NOT get pazooki. I don't care if you're full. Make room! lol, so anyway, I was glad that coin was in my favor!

Spenser came up with the idea, and it was tons of fun!
