I really am as stupid as I look.

Let me explain why.

I have night classes now. They go from 5-10:45pm. Very long night classes! Spenser works at the Cafeteria a couple nights a week at 5 so we leave at the same time. On Wednesday night I got to class and parked my car and Spenser pulled up behind my car and rolled his window down for me to come talk to him. Now, I love my husband so I was excited to go and say Hi and kiss him before class. :) So I hurried and grabbed my back pack, locked my car door, and ran over to his window. I said hi, gave him a kiss and rushed off to class. Class was long..very long...a little boring, but at 10:30 it was finally over. I started walking out and realized that my keys weren't in my bag so I went back into the classroom and searched for them. Nowhere to be found. Hmmm. Maybe I left them in my car. So my friend Ashley and I walk out to check it out. As I get a little closer to my car I hear an engine running...so I say to Ashley "is my car running...?" Everything after that was kind of a blur until I realized that in fact my car WAS running. For the past FIVE AND HALF HOURS in the parking lot outside my classroom. Lucky for me Ashley's dad lives close and had the tools to break in. Could I be any more stupid?

Yes. In fact I can.

Because that's the 2nd time i've done that.

But no harm done. Just a little wasted gas and the opportunity for everyone in my class to have a good laugh at my expense. It was pretty funny!!!!

The first time I did that was a few years ago in Tucson when a group of us drove down for our friends farewell. They thought I was an idiot then and i'm sure they think i'm an idiot now. But all I can do is laugh at myself. Leave it to me to do something like that! :)
